“The second largest criminal industry worldwide (second only to drug dealing and tied with the illegal arms industry), human trafficking is the fastest growing of all criminal enterprises. The commercial sexual exploitation of children (CSEC) is one form of human trafficking. Children who run away from foster care are at high risk of becoming victims of CSEC.

This training will provide foster parents with a basic understanding of CSEC, how to work through the trauma of child victims, and provide tools to identify children who may already be involved.
